1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — we333's website, applications, and all digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who accesses the platform, creates an account, or uses its services.
• "Account" — a user's registered personal account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — a stake placed to participate in any game or sports event on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any bonus or promotional credit granted by we333.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the we333 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must create an account in your own name — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and identity document.
• You must not have previously been restricted from using the platform by us.
• You must be of sound mind and using the service of your own free will.

we333 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be cancelled and funds may be seized.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, we333 reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account without authorization.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

we333 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a failure to keep your account secure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on we333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Payment methods currently accepted on the platform:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major Bangladeshi banks (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.)

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳300.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Please ensure transaction details are entered correctly — we333 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the account holder's own payment method.

we333 reserves the right to place transactions on hold in cases of fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

we333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer may only be used once (unless stated otherwise).
• Winnings made using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• we333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and forfeit any winnings if fraud or abuse is detected.
• Bonus offers may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply when placing bets on the platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special circumstances).
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error in the system, we333 reserves the right to void that bet.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will automatically be refunded.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays.
• we333 reserves the right to set bet limits or review accounts showing suspicious betting patterns.
• All game outcomes are controlled by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and follow fair play principles.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Registering with false or fake identity information.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system to exploit it.
• Placing bets on the platform using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to unlawfully influence the outcome of any game.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Colluding or making arrangements with other users to bet.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Using we333's trademarks or intellectual property without authorization.

In cases of prohibited activity, we333 reserves the right to take legal action and notify the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

In the following circumstances, we333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false identity information or forged documents.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Voluntary account closure at the user's own request.
• A Self-Exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Upon account closure, all outstanding legitimate withdrawable funds will be returned (unless cancelled due to fraud or breach of rules). Bonus funds are non-refundable.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

• Your personal data is used for the purpose of operating our services.
• All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.
• Your data is not sold or shared with third parties without your consent (except where required by law).

10 Limitation of Liability

The we333 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We accept no liability for the following:

• Service disruption caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Issues arising from errors in the systems of third-party game providers.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device, connection, or software.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access (where the user has neglected security).
• Personal, financial, or psychological harm caused by gambling.

Our maximum liability will not exceed the total value of the transaction in question under any circumstances. This clause does not apply where existing law does not permit limitations on liability.

11 Responsible Gaming

we333 believes in responsible gaming. We want our users to play for entertainment and stay free from addiction. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

• In disputes relating to betting results, our server logs will be considered as final evidence.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties will attempt to settle through mutually agreed mediation.

These terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed in accordance with applicable law.
